Fraserburgh/St. Combs Line Map D6145 seen at Fraserburgh in July 65 only earned a living for another 2 years and was scrapped in 1968, This gantry of platform starters at Fraserburgh replaced a lower quadrant lattice version which had probably succumbed to decades of salty air, the box shut on 27 June 1966 The Angus Rail Group special at Fraserburgh in June 1974. The yard where it is seen is now full of industrial units connected with the fishing industry. Too late, Fraserburgh 1979 Kirkton Bridge halt was beside Fraserburgh Golf Club, note the lightly laid track and ski jump over the distant dunes.
