Members
have
access
to
the
online
database
of
photographs,
operated
jointly
with
other
Scottish
line
societies.
Over
50,000
images
are
available,
covering
all
the
railways
in
Scotland
(plus
some
trams
and
overseas
railways)
from
the
collections
of
the
Great
North
of
Scotland
Railway
Association
,
the
Highland
Railway
Society
and
the
Caledonian
Railway
Association
,
together
with
a
large
selection
of
Scottish
images
from
the National Railway Museum
in York.
The line societies jointly undertook a seven-year project to catalogue these images.
The database is fully searchable and allows you to see a thumbnail of each image.
